The "Al-Aqsa Flood" operation, initiated by Hamas on October 7, 2023, has had widespread consequences extending beyond the Mediterranean region and the broader West Asia region. Regardless of the motivations behind this operation, and the initial goals of some key regional actors, in the aftermath and in response to the developments, these actors have started to consider a different perspective regarding the future order. The goal of this study is to examine the objectives of these actors in the post-Al-Aqsa Flood period and the variables influencing the potential future order. The central research question is: What are the primary goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the Israeli regime regarding regional order and security in the new era? This research employs a descriptive-analytical method and uses the theory of neoclassical realism (both defensive and offensive) to explore the variables and components determining the new order. The hypothesis presented is that, regardless of the ultimate outcome of the Gaza crisis, Tehran, Riyadh, and Tel Aviv are respectively seeking to maintain the existing balance through the survival of their allies, establish a favorable balance by weakening the other two sides, and fully transform the balance with the aim of regional supremacy. In this context, Washington’s approach to the forthcoming order is aligned with Tel Aviv, and the prospect of maintaining the previous order appears uncertain.
