Quarterly Journal of West Asian Studies (Faṣlnāmah-i Gharb-i Asiyā)

West Asian Journal is managed under the supervision of prominent domestic and international professors. After the publication of three issues, this quarterly will enter the evaluation process of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology to receive a scientific rank (former scientific-research). Quarterly Journal of West Asian Studies with the decision of the press supervision board of the Islamic Republic of Iran on January 18, 2021 and registration number 92518 has received a publishing license to the franchisee of the Iranian Scientific Association for West Asian Studies. 
 
Pay attention before sending articles: 
1- After registering on the quarterly website and when uploading the article, be sure to download the following forms and upload them in PDF format. 
- Commitment letter form (here) 
- Conflict of interest form (here) 
2- The articles must be prepared, edited and submitted based on the "Guidelines for Authors" (here). 
3- To prevent plagiarism and in line with the ethical principles of research, West Asian Quarterly uses Samim Noor similarity search system (here).  
When uploading the article, be sure to send the PDF of similarity report that you received from Samim Noor similarity finder to the magazine. 
4-  The received article will be sent to two referees after the initial review regarding compliance with the standards of the quarterly magazine. 
5- Until the academic rank is obtained, refereeing and publishing articles in West Asian Quarterly is free. After obtaining the scientific rank, the fees will be according to the Ministry's Circular No. 40879 dated May 14, 2021.
